You Can See Over the Wall

THE WALL: When you have a clear vision of your future, you have hope for something better, and life's challenges become nothing but temporary obstacles. When you have a limited perspective, it is hard to see beyond the day to day challenges, and even harder to dream of a brighter future.

The wall represents the challenges and problems you face. If you feel like you are standing in front of a wall that you can't see past, climb to the top of the wall by following the steps from the WhyTry lessons this year.

  • Reality Ride - Don't crash, do the harder but worth it.
  • Labels - Show the real you, rip off negative lables through positive acts.
  • Defense Mechanisms - Choose to defend with positive words and actions.
  • Climbing Out - Choose to stay out of negative traps, and pull your friends out if they fall in.
  • Jumping Hurdles - When you stumble and fall, jump back up and keep going.
  • Desire, Time, Effort - If you really want it, you will need to work for it.
  • Lift the Weight - You grow stronger through challenges. Don't be afraid to do hard things.
  • Plugging In - Get help with your goals by plugging in to parents, teachers, and positive friends.
  • The Wall - If you ever wonder "Why Try" climb the steps to get the big view.
